Asset Application for Borrow/Use

The usage of [Application for use] is for the users to apply for the use of assets, return assets, and record of all user's applications.

Path: Assets >> Application for use Request In "Application for use", users can perform the following operations:

1. View Applications

2. Application for use

3. Application to return

4. Delete application for use

5. Export application for use

2. Function Feature

2.1. View Applications

2.1.1 List Data Display

In "Application for use", click on the asset data or "Details" for more information.

Applicants can check their application status directly from this list.

2.2. Use Asset

2.2.1. With Asset Management

On the right-hand side of the menu, click on "Application for use" to apply for the use of an asset.

Step 1: Click [New], fill in the details and click [Submit] to apply.

Remark:

1. Application Number is generated automatically with the concept of ZCSQ+ current time (year/month/day/hr/min/sec) + 5 random numbers.

2. When applying the user can only select the asset that they are given the rights to. Refer to Asset Details (Scope of use, Dept of users, User role, and Use of personnel)]

3. The asset to be selected must be available, as when it has been selected for other applications, maintenance and removal cannot be selected.

4. The methods available are Borrow and Use; When "Borrow" the user must enter the Start Time and Date of Return but when "Use" the user only has to enter the Start Time.

After the application is submitted, the system will remind the manager for approval.

Status is updated to Awaiting approval

2.2.2 Apply with Mobile App

Step 1: In the Message section, click [+] on the top-right corner, open the scanner [-], and scan the asset QR Code

Step 2: The scanner will lead you to the Asset Details, click ··· on the top-right corner, click "Asset apply".

2.3. Return Asset

Step 1: Click on the "···" of the asset to be returned, and click [return].

Remark:

1. Only assets approved can be returned.

2. Only assets borrowed have this button, use assets does not.

Step 2: Click "Confirm" and the asset's status will be updated

In Asset Management, Application for use, select the category(as necessary), and click "Export".
