Lead refers to a potential customer who has shown interest in a product or service.

2.2 Opportunity

Opportunity refers to a potential sales deal or a chance to engage a customer that could lead to a sale. It involves identifying customers who have shown interest in a product or service, thus creating a possibility for future business.

2.3 Contact Log

A Contact Log is a record-keeping tool used by salespeople to document their interactions with customers. It helps track communications, follow-ups, and the status of customer relationships.
