# My Leave

My leave is used for displaying all the leave types' balances, change records, and expiration reminders of the current user.

## 1 Leave Balance List

### 1.1 Field Explanation

**Leave Name:** Display the applicable and enabled leaves for the current user

**Current available days:** Remaining leave in the current cycle + Remaining leave in history

* If there is no fixed period of leave, the user is not allowed to continue to take leave when the currently available leave is 0.
* Clicking on the available leaves field to be redirected to \[Change Record], which automatically filters the leave type.
* Leave with unlimited leave balance will have their Currently Available Leave in 0.
* If the unit is converted to hours in \[Leave Settings], then the balance unit will all be converted to hours.

**Leave balance:** Leaves that are allowed in the current cycle, after the current cycle period, the balance will be transferred to the history balance or cleared to zero according to the settings.

**History balance:** When Extend leave period is enabled, the balance that exceeds the cycle period in \[Leave balance] will be transferred to the history balance for future use.&#x20;

* History balance will be deducted as a priority when taking leave.

## 2 Change Record

A timeline for the user to view the Change records, where it records the leave balance increament/decreament, modification time, reason for modification, and operator.

* Default display "All leave".
* The timeline is sorted in descending order by the modification time.
* Allows to be filtered by leave type, date range, or leave modification type.
* If the leave type is "Released daily", the daily automatic release will not be recorded in the change log.

## 3  Expiry Reminder

Displays the leave that is about to expire, the expired balance, and the expiration time.

**Remark:**&#x20;

* Will not display disabled and expired leaves; the expiration reminder record will be cleared once the leave expires.&#x20;
* If the expiration duration in the leave rule changes, the expiration here will also change.&#x20;
* This feature works with \[Leave Settings] - \[Leave Expiration Reminder Setting] and \[Settings] - \[Reminder Settings] - \[Leave Expiry Reminder Timing], allowing you to configure N days prior reminders in \[Leave Settings] and set the reminder method in \[Settings].
