2 New workflow-Leave Application

1 Fill in basic information of the workflow

2 Design the approval flow, configure nodes and exit

3 different flow design mode

For requester, make all staff able to initial the request

Do validation check for leave period with leave balance, if not fulfil the requirement, then show error message

So when user try to submit a leave request, if the leave period > leave balance, system will prompt the error message and stop use to submit the request.

3 Set up different exit condition

4 Define field operation

Normal field: Edit, non-edit, required

Attachment field: Edit, non-edit. Required, Download, View, Delete, Edit

For required filed, there is a condition control, which mean in some scenario, it must be required, for other scenario, it’s not required. Condition define is similar with other editor

5 Set timeout reminder

Step 1: define timeout duration

Step 2: Choose give a reminder to PIC or just directly auto flow to next node

6 Reject

7 Outsend data

When workflow arrive specific node, trigger an action to update/delete/add new records in other system or in e-office 11.0 other table

Example:

  1. Update leave information in Leave Management

  2. Add new product information in product management

Here we choose the send data to internal Leave module

By select one field from left side and one module field, then click the right arrow, a mapping relationship will be created.

8 Monitoring setting

So assign the user could perform the monitor action from the Workflow->Monitor
