1 List Data

The list displays all the deleted customer data, and any user with menu permission can view all the deleted customer data.

2 View

Step 1: Open the details page, and it will appear in a pop-up window on the right side of the page.

Option 1: Click on the data row directly.

Option 2: On the right side of the data row, click on "more ···" and then click "View.

Remark:

  • An error message will be displayed if the current user does not have permission to view the customer's data.

3 Log

Logs have no permission restrictions, as long as the user has the permission to view the contact, they can see all the relevant logs

Step 1: On the right side of the data row, click more ···, and click on "Logs" to open Log pop-up window to view more details.

The log data can be filtered by log type through the operation type, by the creation time using the existing time filter, or by customizing the range with the "Time range" button. Additionally, the [Search log] search box is used to search for log content.

4 Delete/Batch Delete

4.1 Single Delete

Step 1: On the right-side of the data row, click more ···, click on "Delete".

Step 2: Click on "Confirm" to proceed the data deletion.

Remark:

The deletion performed here is a complete deletion; the deleted customer data will no longer be displayed in the list and cannot be recovered.

4.2 Batch Delete

Step 1: Select the data to be deleted, click "Batch delete" on the bottom left of the page.

Step 2: Confirm the delete operation, and the data will be deleted and removed from the list.

Remark:

The deletion performed here is a complete deletion; the deleted customer data will no longer be displayed in the list and cannot be recovered.

5 Restore

Recovered customer data will be moved to the customer list.

On the right-side of the data row, click more ···, click on "Restore".

6 Filtering/Searching

6.1 Filter

Users can save their preferred search/filter condition by entering the details and click "Save" or "Save and Search" to be directed to the result straight away.

A new filter will be created as a result.

Click on the save icon when completed

New filter is created.

In the Advance Search, click on the (X) to delete the filter.

6.2 Search

6.2.1 Simple Query

By entering relevant text regarding contact names in the search box, users will be able to filter customers with customer names, contact no., company addressc account executive, customer service representative or creator that are similar/matched to the text entered.

6.2.2 Advanced Query

The [Advance Query] allows the users to create complex searches or filters by specifying detailed conditions and criteria.

Step 2: Fill in the relevant condition and click on "Search".

The filter name can be changed by clicking on
