Transfer

Purpose: Allocation by customer service representative or allocation by account manager to batch-assign a new account executive, customer service representative, and share with other users.

1 Allocation by Customer

1.1 List Data

The customer list in the merge will only show the customers that the current user has permission to edit.

1.2 Batch specify Account Executive

Step 1: Select the customer to be transferred and click "Batch Specify Account Executive".

Step 2: Select the user to replace the current account executive with and click "Confirm".

Remark:

  • After the replacement is completed, the Transfer list will be updated immediate after.

  • If the current user no longer has editing permission due to the change, the data will no longer be displayed in the list.

  • The new account executive will be notified of the change.

1.3 Batch specify Customer Service Representative

Step 1: Select the customer to be transferred, click "More", and click "Batch Specify Customer Service Representative".

Step 2: Select the user to replace the current customer service representative with and click "Confirm".

Remark:

  • After the replacement is completed, the Transfer list will be updated immediate after.

  • If the current user no longer has editing permission due to the change, the data will no longer be displayed in the list.

  • The new customer service representative will be notified of the change.

1.4 Batch assign sharers

Purpose: Batch assign whom to share the customer data with.

Step 1: Select the customer to be shared, click "More", and click "Batch assign sharers".

Step 2.1: Click on "Replace." The user's original shared range will be reset and replaced with the current settings.

Step 2.2: Click on "Add." The user's original shared range will remain unchanged, and the new range will be added to the current one.

2 Allocation by Account Executive

2.1 List Data

The account executive displayed on the list are all system users (including resigned user) and that the current user are allowed to edit.

Remark:

[Number of clients] represents the number of customer under the current account executive.

2.2 Batch specify Account Executive

Step 1: Select the customer to be transferred and click "Batch Specify Account Executive".

Step 2: Select the user to replace the current account executive with and click "Confirm".

Remark:

  • After the replacement is completed, the Transfer list will be updated immediate after.

  • If the current user no longer has editing permission due to the change, the data will no longer be displayed in the list.

  • The new account executive will be notified of the change.

2.3 Batch sepcify Customer Service Representative

Step 1: Select the customer to be transferred, click "More", and click "Batch Specify Customer Service Representative".

Step 2: Select the user to replace the current customer service representative with and click "Confirm".

2.4 Batch assign sharers

Purpose: Batch assign whom to share the customer data with.
