1 Contract

Purpose: For the user to define the number of days to remind in advance before the contract ended.

2 Customer

2.1 Default share user

This will be the default shared with user when a new customer is created.

2.1.1 No specific

The customer won't be shared to anyone when created.

2.1.2 Specified field

Controls access to specific customer data based on the user's relationship to the data.

Remark:

Creator: The person who initially created the customer record.

Customer Service Representative (CSR): The individual responsible for customer communication and support.

Account Executive (AE): The salesperson responsible for managing the customer relationship.

2.1.3 Designated Personnel

Allows the user to define the shared user using a detailed user scope.

2.2 Nearby Customer

The range parameter allows the user to search for customers within their physical vicinity.

2.3 Similar search field

In [New Customer], there is a function designed to search for existing customers with similar names in the system to prevent duplicate entries. This functionality can also be applied to contact names and mobile numbers.
