# Related Business Setting

## 1 Contract 

**Purpose:** For the user to define the number of days to remind in advance before the contract ended.

## 2 Customer

### 2.1 Default share user

This will be the default shared with user when a new customer is created.

#### 2.1.1 No specific

The customer won't be shared to anyone when created.

#### 2.1.2 Specified field

Controls access to specific customer data based on the user's relationship to the data.

**Remark:**

**Creator**: The person who initially created the customer record.

**Customer Service Representative (CSR)**: The individual responsible for customer communication and support.

**Account Executive (AE)**: The salesperson responsible for managing the customer relationship.

#### 2.1.3 Designated Personnel

Allows the user to define the shared user using a detailed user scope.

### 2.2 Nearby Customer

The range parameter allows the user to search for customers within their physical vicinity.

### 2.3 Similar search field

In \[New Customer], there is a function designed to search for existing customers with similar names in the system to prevent duplicate entries. This functionality can also be applied to contact names and mobile numbers.
