# 5 Service Management Platform

Step 1: Open the service management platform from desktop using shortcut created upon installation.

If the shortcut is missing from the desktop, go to the installation disk, open e-office\_server\_11.0 > servermanagement, and double-click "ServerManagement.exe" to run it.

## 3 Backup Recovery

Set auto backup rules, periodically back up data, and ensure data recovery.

Step 1: Under \[data backup], click on "Set backup"

Step 2: Configure the settings

### 3.1 Field Explanation

**Backup Mode:** Local/FTP, save the backup file locally or on a remote server.

**Backup Content:** Select the type of file to backup: ***data***: database data; ***files***: Application file, or attachments.

**Auto backup:** Checked the box to enable the feature.

**Automatic cycle:** auto backup frequency: Every day/Every week and the time the backup will occur

**Step 3:** Click "Confirm" to save the settings.&#x20;

## 4 Version upgrade

Check for newer versions and enable auto-upgrade.
