Pools I Joined

Remark:

  • "Pool I joined” shows all pools joined by the current user as the member.

  • Allocated and unallocated customer data and ratios for the day can be seen directly by hovering your mouse over the chart.

1. List Data

Click on the chart to view the current pool's list data.

Remark:

  • Only customer data without an account executive or where the current user is acting as the account executive is currently displayed.

  • Users who already have permission to view/edit customer data in the list can click to view the details, add customer contact records, and perform other related operations; if you do not have permission to view, clicking on the list data will only prompt "No permission to view the current customer details".

2. Pick up

2.1 Operation

Step 1:

Single Pickup: Go to [···] and click "Pick up" to allocate yourself as the account executive for the customer. Batch Pickup: Select the customers to be picked up and click the [Pick up] button at the bottom of the page to allocate yourself as the account executive for the customers.

If any customer is already assigned to an account manager, the error “Only unassigned customers can be picked up" will be displayed, and the pickup will fail.

Remark: The operation will be recorded in the customer log, log type: "Pick customer".

2.2 Error Message

2.2.1 Exceeding the number of customers that can be allocated

2.2.2 Cannot be picked up by the same member within a client returned to the pool (days) 0

3. Return to the high seas

Return the customer to the customer pool for other member to pick up.

Step 1: Go to [···] and click "Return to the high seas" to unallocate yourself as the account executive for the customer.

Step 2: Enter the reason reason in the dialog box and then click [Confirm] to complete the operation.

The "Account Executive" field will be cleared.

4. Import

New customers can be imported directly into the pool when the user has the necessary permission set in the Permission Settings.

Remark:

  • The pool's import template is the same as the template used for importing from the [Customer Import/Export].

  • When importing customers from the pool, regardless of the data entered in the "Seas group” field, the imported customers will belong to the current pool by default.

  • If the customer's account executive is empty and meets the allocation criteria, the system will automatically assign one for the imported customer.

5. Add

[New Customer] can be created directly in the pool when the user has the necessary permission set in the Permission Settings.

Remark:

  • When a new customer is created directly in the pool, the data will belong to the current pool.

  • When creating a new customer, if the account executive is empty and it meets the current pool's allocation mechanism, a new account executive will be automatically assigned.

9. Filtering

The list data supports data filtering, searching and querying.

Description

  • The conditions of “More filters”, “Search” and “Advanced Search” are the same as those in [Customer List], which can be set in [Fields Setting].

  • Filtering, searching and querying will only display data in the current pool, customer outside this pool will not appear in the search result.

Customers without an account executive can be picked up if the Allocation is enabled. If not, the pickup button won't display anywhere on the page.
