My project

In this menu, all the projects the current user participated are listed.

1 List Data

1.1 View Project

The user can choose one of the two modes [Card View] and [List View] as display options

1.2 Sort Project

The project list supports sorting by different columns, such as Project No., status, progress, and the time of progress changes, in ascending or descending order.

1.3 Batch change of personnel

User will only be able to view this function under the relevant project template, this function is not available in [All].

Step 1: Select the project, then click "Batch adjustment of personnel" on the bottom-left of the page to execute the modifications.

Step 2: Select the personnel field to be changed.

Step 3: Select the Edit Type.

Project Team Before

1.3.1 Modify to new value

Functionality: Changes all existing personnel members with another of a specific role within the project team.

Step 1: Select "Modify to new value" as the edit type, then select the user to replace the current personnel with in [Change to], and click "Confirm" to save the new changes.

1.3.2 Replace content

Functionality: Replaces the existing user of a role within the project team, without changing the other assigned individual.

Step 1: Select "Replace content" as the edit type and the user to be replaced with in {Change} and the personnel to replace them with in {To}.

Step 2: Click "Confirm" to save the new changes.

Remark:

The user can select one or more personnel to be replaced by one or more other personnel.

Select the Project Manager and select the new project managers to replace the current one with.

1.3.3 Clear content

Functionality: Resets all roles (Project Manager, Project Monitor, etc.) for the project team.

Step 1: Select "Clear content" as the [Edit type], then click "Confirm" to proceed.

Remark: Only the project manager field cannot be cleared; the other team personnel fields can be cleared to blank.

1.3.4 Add option

Functionality: Allows the addition of personnel to specific roles within the project team.

Step 1: Select "Add option" as the edit type and the user to be added to the role in {Select Add Option}, then click "Confirm" to proceed with the new changes.

1.3.5 Delete option

Functionality: Removes the specific personnel assigned to a specific role within the project team.

Step 1: Select "Delete option" as the edit type and the user to be remove from the field in {Select Delete Option}, then click "Confirm" to proceed with the new changes.

1.4 Delete Project

1.4.1 Single Delete

Step 1: Select the project. Go to the end of the row, click more ···, and click delete.

Step 2: Confirm the deletion

4.1.2 Batch Delete

Step 1: Select the project, then click "Batch Delete" on the bottom-left of the page to execute the deletion of projects.

Step 2: Confirm the deletion

Remark:

  • Projects cannot be deleted in Card View, only in List View.

  • Only the Project Manager can delete the project.

  • Please note that if a project has been deleted, it can no longer be retrieved!

2 Filtering/Searching

2.1 Filter

System will default to display all projects that the current user has permission to access/view but they can filter the corresponding projects by project template (category) or by using additional options in the more filters, such as "involved with me" and "managed by me".

2.2 Search

2.2.1 Simple Query

The users is able to filter project with project name that are similar/matched to the text entered in the search box.

2.2.2 Advanced Query

The [Advance Query] allows the users to create complex searches or filters by specifying detailed conditions and criteria.

3 Export/Import

3.1 Export

Step 1: In the top-right corner of the page, click "Export".

Step 2: Select or de-select fields to be exported, and click "Confirm" to begin the process.

3.2 Import

As different project categories may have different fields or field requirements, the import button will only be available under specific categories.

Step 1: In the top-right corner of the page, click "Import".

Step 2: Export the template by clicking on "Export template".

Step 3: Fill up the Excel template.

Step 4: Select the updated Excel file by double-clicking on the file or click on the file and click "Open".

Step 5: Click on "Start importing" to begin the import.

When the import is complete, an Excel file will be generated to inform the user of the import status of all rows.
