1 Project template

For the users to create new project templates and set permissions, and task templates.

1.1 New Project Template

Step 1: Click the (+) in the upper right of the center column to create a new project template.

Step 2: Fill in the new template's name, select the template icon (non-mandatory) and click "Save".

Remark:

  • Template icon is system default

  • Template icon can be changed after the template is created.

1.2 Permission

Each project template can have its permissions individually configured.

Select the relevant project template from the middle list and set its permissions on the right side of the page.

Remark:

  • Users with "Project report" menu permissions can view all projects and their details by default.

  • Users with only "list" permission cannot view project details, while those with only "detail" permission cannot access the project list.

1.2.1 Data permission

Purpose: Controls access to specific project based on the user's relationship to the data (e.g., project manager or assigned team).

1.2.2 Monitor

Purpose: Provides the ability to monitor and manage project at various organizational levels.

Remark:

Users with only monitoring permissions and data penetrators set to data permission will not receive message reminders.

1.3 Field Settings

1.3.1 Form design

Enables users to add or remove controls on the create new project page.

1.3.2 List

Allows setting of data visualization methods, displayed fields, advanced query fields, etc.

1.3.3 Field control

Users can adjust whether a field is editable or mandatory.

1.3.4 Data validation

Validations can be applied to project fields, such as ensuring the project end time is not earlier than the start time.

1.3.5 Linked data

Users can rename tabs, sort them via drag and drop, view statistics (e.g., task count), and set permissions, or to enable or disable tab display in My Projects.

1.3.6 Reminder settings

Customize reminders for task dates and times, with content tailored to task fields.

1.4 Task Template

The task template is presented as cards, the user can click to access the task list to create a new task under the template.

2 Task fields

Enables users to configure new task page fields, display settings, query options, and data visualization methods.

2.1 Form Design

Enables users to add or remove fields in the task interface.

2.2 List

Set data visualization methods, field displays, and advanced query fields.

The following pages can be configured: Project Task List, My Task List, Subordinate Task List, Sub Task List, and a selector for system data to choose project tasks.

2.3 Field control

Set editing permission and specify if a field is mandatory.

2.4 Validation

Data validation can be applied to task fields.

2.5 Reminder settings

Set customized reminders for task dates and times, with content tailored to task fields.

3 Basic Settings

3.1 Percentage

Task progress can be adjusted by dragging the progress bar.

3.2 Complete/Incomplete

Mark the task as complete by checking the checkbox.
