Project Task

1 My task

Displays all tasks across projects visible to the current user.

1.1 Table View

This is the default view for task.

Note: Tasks in Table View are sorted by the [Sorting] field by default.

2 Subordinate's tasks

Statistics on tasks in ongoing and completed projects involving the current user's subordinates, separated by each subordinate.

Remark:

  • The default display is Table View and can be switched to Gantt Chart.

  • Only individuals with the project's permission can click to access the project detail page.

3 Task analysis

This analysis only includes tasks for which the current user is the executor.

3.1 Task Report (Bar Chart)

Displays the total number of tasks, along with their current status: completed, in progress (handling), and overdue, for an at-a-glance view of task distribution.

3.2 Task Completion Status (Circle Graph)

Illustrates the proportion of completed tasks versus those currently in progress (handling), providing a quick visual of task completion rates.

3.3 Task Trend (Scatter Plot)

Tracks task trends over a 7-day cycle, showing the number of new tasks, completed tasks, and tasks remaining, to analyze workload and performance patterns.

4 Task report

Statistics of ongoing and completed projects.

4.1 List

4.2 Export

Step 1: In the top-right corner of the page, click "Export".

Step 2: Select or de-select fields to be exported, and click "Confirm" to begin the process.

Exported file
