Report Management

1 Members Report

This report provides user-focused statistics, includes each user's department, total projects involved, projects monitored/managed/reviewed/executed, overdue projects and tasks, overdue rate, and additional details.

1.1 Report Details

Field Description:

  • Manage projects: Total projects managed

  • Examine project: Total projects approved

  • Monitor projects: Total projects monitored

  • Execute projects: Total projects as task's executor

  • Total projects: Total of the four items above

  • Projects Overdue: Projects where the “end cycle” has passed

  • Project overdue percent: Overdue tasks/Total projects

  • Total tasks: Total tasks as executor

  • Tasks overdue: Task where the “end date” has passed

  • Task overdue percent: overdue tasks / total tasks.

  • 7 days of mission time (day):

    • Task Duration for the Next 7 Days (Day) - Calculates task duration for the next 7 days, with a maximum cap of 7 days per task. If the task duration is less than 7 days, actual duration is used; if it exceeds 7 days, only 7 days are counted.

  • Working ratio in the next 7 days

    • Task Duration Ratio for the Next 7 Days (Day) - Task duration for the next 7 days / 7

  • 30 days of mission time (day)

    • Task Duration for the Next 30 Days (Day) - Calculates task duration for the next 30 days, with a maximum cap of 30 days per task. If the task duration is less than 30 days, actual duration is used; if it exceeds 30 days, only 30 days are counted.

  • Working ratio in the next 30 days

    • Task Duration for the Next 30 Days (Day) - Task duration for the next 30 days / 30

1.2 Export

The displayed data can be exported as an Excel file.

Step 1: In the top-right corner of the page, click "Export".

Step 2: Select or de-select fields to be exported, and click "Confirm" to begin the process.

1.3 Filter

System will default to display all projects. The data can be filtered by project's status: [Completed] or [In progress] or user's status: [In-service] or [Departure].

1.4.1 Simple Query

The users is able to filter report with username or department that are similar/matched to the text entered in the search box.

1.4.2 Advanced Query

The [Advance Query] allows the users to create complex searches or filters by specifying detailed conditions and criteria.

2 Project Report

This report offers project-focused statistics, covering project status, progress, and totals for related details such as tasks, issues, and documents.

2.1 Report Details

Field Description:

  • Progress:

    • Calculations involve task weightage

    • Equation: (Progress of each task × task weightage) / total weightage

    • Example:

This project's progress calculation will be:

Note: The parent task's progress is calculated similarly when subtasks are present.

  • Tasks: Total task under the project

  • Problems: Total issue under the project

  • Documents: Total folder under the project

  • Task in progress: Task not marked as completed

  • Completed: Task marked as completed

  • Completed percent: No. of tasks completed / Total tasks

  • Task overdue: Task with a passed end time

  • Task overdue percent: No. of tasks overdue/ Total tasks

  • Task executor: No. of task executor in this project

2.2 Export

The displayed data can be exported as an Excel file.
